Desander FD-200D – FD-1000D

The Desander system efficiently removes abrasive solids and fine particles from drilling slurry using centrifugal separation. By improving slurry performance and reducing equipment wear, it supports cleaner, more efficient drilling across foundation, piling, trenching, and HDD applications.

Built with a compact modular design and durable wear-resistant PU cyclones, the unit features an explosion-, water-, and dust-proof control panel with SIEMENS or Schneider components, optional Italian (OLI) or US (Martin) vibration motors, and a G-force adjustable up to 7.5G — available with or without a shale shaker.
