TO COMPLY WITH THE PRIVACY AMENDMENT ACT 1990, I/We the undersigned acknowledge that the Company has informed me / us, in accordance with S/18(a)(c) of the Privacy Act 1988, that certain items or personal information about me / us contained in this application and permitted to be kept on a credit information file might be disclosed to a credit reporting agency. Furthermore, I/we agree, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (b), (e) and (h) of S, 18 (1) and/or S. 18L (4) of the Privacy Act 1988 the disclosure by a credit reporting agency and / or use by the Company of the relevant information referred to in those sections may occur for the purpose of assessing this application.
ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF CESCO EQUIPMENT PTY LTD UNTIL PAID IN FULL.
I/we the undersigned, understand that your terms of payment are thirty (30) days from the date of statement, and I/we agree to adhere to this and accept your conditions of sale if my/our application to open a Commercial Credit Account is approved. Further credit will be refused if account is not settled within thirty (30) days following the month of trading and such accounts are deemed to be overdue. All credit is extended at the discretion of Cesco Equipment Pty Ltd, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
