Casing Rotator FCR160 – FCR320

The Casing Rotator is a high-performance full-casing piling solution designed for demanding foundation and ground-engineering applications. Suitable for dual-wall segmental casing, it delivers reliable performance in difficult ground conditions including boulders and hard rock — performing effectively in strata up to 60 MPa.

With low-noise, low-vibration operation, high torque output, 360° rotation, and excellent borehole verticality of up to 1/500, the casing rotator is an efficient, environmentally friendly solution for urban construction, infrastructure, and restricted-access projects. Hydraulic or remote-control operation is available, and the unit can run from a separate hydraulic power pack for remote or challenging job sites.
